Location: Virtual
This free, one-day virtual symposium will explore common myths and misinformation surrounding women’s health while highlighting evidence-informed, integrative approaches to health and well-being across the lifespan.
Through expert presentations, live discussions, and experiential sessions, participants will learn about topics including cardiovascular and brain health, hormonal changes, pelvic and vaginal health, chronic conditions, health disparities, and breast cancer prevention and recovery.
The symposium is presented by the Osher Collaborative for Integrative Health, a network of 11 academic health centers working together to advance integrative health through research, education, and clinical care.
This event is chaired by Dr. Debra Bell, Co-director of Education at the University of Washington Osher Center and a long-time Family Medicine Physician at UW Medicine.
