About this event
Pickleball offers more than just fun and friendly competition for people living with Parkinson’s! The game encourages dopamine-producing movement and engagement, promotes social connection, and helps improve balance, agility, and coordination. The quick reactions, reaching, and swinging encourage bigger, more purposeful movements, while calling the score and chatting with teammates provide opportunities to practice voice projection.
