Seahawks QB Sam Darnold will miss Sunday's game against the Arizona Cardinals, coach Mike Macdonald announced Wednesday. Darnold hurt his quad late in Monday night's 34-17 loss to the Bears and played through a cracked rib from the second play of the game. He'll be out for at least this week, with a chance he could play next week, and he won't go on injured reserve. The plan is for Drew Lock, who's been dealing with a right elbow injury, to start. Left tackle Charles Cross, defensive tackle Leonard Williams and receiver Rashid Shaheed, who missed Monday's game, “all have a chance to play,” Macdonald said.
